Anxiety and CBD: Research-Based Facts You Should Know

Participants who consumed CBD reported significantly less anxiety and discomfort in their speech performance. On the other hand, the placebo group experienced higher discomfort, cognitive impairment, and anxiety.

While present research indicates that CBD has the potential to play a significant role in the treatment of anxiety and anxiety-related disorders, ongoing research into the use of CBD for anxiety is still ongoing.
